恰當開展熱處理可以清理焊接剩餘內應力,不影響覆層的耐腐蝕功能。其方法是:要熱處理的大序度或彎曲剛度大的不鏽鋼的焊接預製構件,且溫度不適合高於400度,在這裏溫度下隔熱保溫時間可稍拓展些。
